If you need to withdraw funds, you can notify our company through any of the following methods so that we can process it for you as soon as possible. To expedite the processing, please prefer using the APP to submit your withdrawal application.

• APP Submission: On the login page of Tonghuashun or the homepage of TradeGo, select "Fund Access" - "Withdrawal Notification" to withdraw funds to a registered or non-registered bank account. If withdrawing to a non-registered bank, please simultaneously upload bank proof, which must be an online banking screenshot or bank statement containing your name, bank name, and bank account number. To add a registered bank, please refer to the data modification section.

• Email Submission: Please send your withdrawal information in the following format using your registered account email to: fund@dwzq.com.hk. Email Subject: Withdrawal - Soochow Account Number - Currency - Amount (Example: Withdrawal - 88888888 - HKD - 100,000.00)

• Form Submission: Download and fill out the "Withdrawal Application Form" from the official website, then email it to fund@dwzq.com.hk.

• Phone Submission: Call our Customer Service Department to apply for a phone withdrawal. Domestic toll-free hotline: 400-120-3166 / 400-120-9133, or Hong Kong hotline: (852) 3983-0888. 

Note: For regular withdrawals, our company defaults to transferring funds to the bank account registered and bound when you opened your account. Clients who opened accounts via bank transfer can only withdraw funds to the registered bank account.

eDDA Express Deposit

eDDA direct debit authorization is a value-added service of the Faster Payment System (FPS) launched by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. Once the authorization application is successfully approved by the designated bank, you can initiate a deposit on the Soochow Securities Hong Kong TradeGo APP. Funds will be deducted from your bank account and deposited into your Soochow Securities account. The operation is simple and convenient, with no handling fees, allowing you to enjoy extremely fast deposit services.

Stock Funds Transfer

• Clients without a Hong Kong bank account should visit a bank in Hong Kong in person to open a bank account.

• Clients with a Hong Kong bank account can transfer funds to the company's designated account banks listed below. Once the funds arrive, you can place trading orders.

• Arrival Time: For local peer-to-peer bank transfers in Hong Kong, if notified before 4:00 PM on a business day, funds will arrive on the same day (the cut-off time is 4:00 PM Hong Kong time; if the deposit notification is sent to the company after this time, the recording of the deposit will be postponed to the next business day).

Deposit Notification Instructions

After depositing, you must provide a deposit voucher and notify the company through the following channels. To expedite processing, please prefer using the APP to submit your deposit application.

• APP Submission: Click "Deposit Funds" in the Soochow Securities (Hong Kong) TradeGo mobile APP.

• Email Submission: If you encounter problems using the APP, please use email notification (please do not submit repeatedly in both the APP and email). Please send to email: fund@dwzq.com.hk. Email Subject Format: Soochow Account Number - Deposit Date - Deposit Bank - Currency - Amount (Example: 88888888-15/07/2026-Bank of China-HKD-100,000.00)

Precautions:

• The company does not accept cash deposits or third-party deposits. For funds transferred to the company by cheque or bank transfer, the paying account must be in the client's own name.

• After receiving the client's deposit, the company will deposit the funds into an independent trust account within 1 business day; cheques must be cleared before the funds are considered received.

Bank-Securities Transfer Service

• Service Activation: The company has activated the bank-securities transfer service with China Merchants Bank, Hong Kong Branch. Clients need to submit a binding application for bank-securities transfer on the CMB Hong Kong Branch online banking platform. After waiting 1 to 2 business days and receiving an approval email, you can initiate deposit and withdrawal requests for Soochow Securities (Hong Kong) via the CMB online banking platform.

• Service Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on each trading day. Bank-securities transfer applications submitted after this time will be postponed to the next trading day for processing.

• Processing Time: Deposits arrive in real-time. Withdrawals require manual review, with batch processing times at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM daily. If the withdrawal account balance is insufficient, the withdrawal application will be automatically canceled without further notice.

• Handling Fee: No fees are charged for bank-securities transfers.
