《US SEC fee revision》
Dear Valued Client,
Effective from 22 May 2024 (Settlement Date, Wednesday), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") will adjust the fee rate ("SEC Fee"), typically trade date falls on May 20, 2024 Monday.
New rate: USD 27.80 per USD 1,000,000 of the aggregated dollar amount of sales of securities (i.e., the principal USD amount multiplied by 0.0000278).
Old rate: USD 8.00 per USD 1,000,000 of the aggregated dollar amount of sales of securities (i.e., the principal USD amount multiplied by 0.0000080).

To further enhance our cybersecurity controls and comply with regulatory guidelines, we are conducting a system upgrade on March 29, 2024. Details are as follows:
After the system upgrade, each trading account will only be binding with 3 electronic devices at maximum through "two-factor authentication".
In case an individual trading account was bound with more than 3 electronic devices, only the most recent 3 devices would be inherited. Other devices previously bound will be disabled.
This ensures that only authorized devices can access your account information.
